Questions people ask
Who counts as a staff user?
Anyone employed by your company who logs in with a full account. Freelancers have their own allowance on each plan.
Do freelancers cost extra?
No. Freelancer logins are included: 5 on Indie, 10 on Studio. Production House has no limit. Their login shows only their own bookings and tasks.
What is the setup fee for?
We set FORM / ONE up for you before you start: your team and access levels, your clients, freelancers and kit, your branding and system defaults. We also connect your integrations and import your historical data. You log in to a system that is ready to use.
Can we bring our existing data?
Yes. As part of your setup we upload and import your history from spreadsheets and exports: clients and contacts, freelancers and day rates, kit, past projects, budgets and invoices.
How long is the contract?
You choose a 1, 3 or 5-year term when you sign up. Your plan and term are set out on your order form. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.
Do new features cost extra?
No. FORM / ONE has a roadmap driven by its users: request a feature and vote for the ones you want. The most-voted go on the roadmap. Everything we release is included in your plan at no extra cost.
Are any features held back for bigger plans?
No. Every plan has every feature and every integration. The only difference is how many staff users you have.
What if we grow?
Move up a plan when you need more staff or freelancers. Production House has no limit on either.
What if FORM / ONE doesn't fit how we work?
We also do full bespoke builds. If you need completely different workflows, screens or documents, tell us how you work and we'll quote for a build around it.
What is the launch offer?
The first 50 companies to sign up by 1st December 2026 get 50% off their setup fee and 25% off their first 12 monthly fees. From month 13 the standard price for your plan applies. Is VAT included?
No. Monthly prices and setup fees are shown + VAT.
Does it work with our accounts package?
FORM / ONE connects to Xero, Sage or QuickBooks, so invoices and purchase orders raised in FORM / ONE go to your accounts.
